Central Station will call the contacts you request on your call list before they dispatch police.

Open/Close Reports

Each time an employee enters in the morning and leaves in the evening a signal is sent to central station and logged by their system.  A report is then  emailed to you once a week with the times and employee information listed for the week.

VOiP and Your Security System

VOiP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) is becoming increasingly popular. Some security systems are not able to function properly without being set up for this type of phone line. Also due to occasional line seizure issues, your system may not always be able to contact Central Station when necessary. If you decide to switch to VOiP you may want to consider a Digital Cellular Communicator for your Security System.

24 Hour Emergency Service

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. However, if you have an emergency, leave a message with our answering system and someone will contact you in a timely manner.
